DELIVERY AND RETURNS
The Delivery and Returns information at Carlson Clothing is kept as simple as possible, all items that are ordered are delivered by Royal Mail and are to be signed for when they are received.
If the item is damaged or incorrect please contact us within 14 days, ideally, contact us immediately.
Please read the details below regarding if you have ordered the wrong item, we will assist as much as possible.
Customer satisfaction is our priority so please contact us with any issues so that we can rectify them as soon as possible.
UK DELIVERIES
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us which may also contain your tracking number. Please always check that your shipping address is correct when placing an order, as we will not be held liable for wrong delivery. Delivery takes 2-5 days for those within the UK.
All our orders are delivered via Royal Mail and must be signed for upon delivery.
Warranty and Return
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Our dedicated team will inspect your items before shipping, however you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before placing order and paying for it. Kindly refer to the size guides on the product pages.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you bought and received, we will do an exchange or refund for you. If you have any issue with your order please contact us here or e-mail info@carlsonclothing.com.
14 Days Returns Warranty
If you have any issues with your order, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving either a defective, damaged or wrong item. Please ensure you contact our team before returning your item to ensure we can process it correctly. You can contact contact us here or e-mail info@carlsonclothing.com.
Customer’s responsibility
Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can communicate this back to us within 14 days of receiving this product for a partial refund of the product cost.
Incorrect order (size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange.
If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Additional Notes about returns and warranty
All returns first of all have to be approved by our support team, if approved, you will be provided with a returns form. Please note, returned items without the forms will not be accepted.
- Returned items must come in their original tags, packaging, and conditions and must not have been washed or worn.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable. If the customer requests a refund, only the product price will be refunded.
- All discounted items are not refundable except customer receives the wrong item from us.
Return Time Frame
For returned items, we will need 14 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the return and after this time, the refund time frame is generally up to 7 days for funds to be returned to your payment method.
